Does forwarding cost me anything?
Your network may charge its normal per-minute rate for the forwarded leg, the same as if you called the Hwefo number yourself. Hwefo’s number is a Ghanaian landline, so there are no international charges.
What happens when my credits run out?
Your assistant tells callers you’re unavailable and you get a WhatsApp nudge to top up. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn on auto top-up.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Tap “Available” in the app or dial your network’s cancel code, and calls come straight to you again.
